We love our returning customers
and trust you've had a great experience thus far. While we wish we could be at all places, at all times, please provide us with certain information to update you account so we may better serve you. We have a few little rules that if we both follow, could make working together very easy and efficient.
1. Please allow us (3) three days from the day we pick-up to return your order. Yes, we can handle emergencies, but allowing us enough time to detail, inspect, clean, inspect, finish, inspect, assemble... well, you get the point. We prefer not to rush our work because it doesn't ensure the finest garment care.
2. Sticking to a schedule is always best.
Let us know what you prefer and we will update you account - that way, we're always on the same page.
- Monday - Thursday
- Tuesday - Friday
- Wednesday - Monday
- Pick-up & Delivery on the same day each week
3. For same day pick-up, please submit your request or contact us at 718.625.1438, BEFORE 9:30am. Once our driver's route has been planned, we cannot promise your pick-up or delivery can be honored so quickly.
